Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

1 celery stalk
1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 onion, diced
1 potato, peeled and diced
150 mL frozen peas
375 mL tomato juice
2 packages beef bouillon (2 teaspoons)
400 mL water

Directions:

1. Wash and cut vegetables as directed.
2. Put all ingredients, except peas, into a pot and bring to a boil, covered.
3. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender - about 12 minutes.
4. Add peas and simmer another 5 minutes.
5. Serve into bowls.
